BECOME A VENDOR
Follow our two-step process to apply to become a vendor at our markets
1. applications open
You can access the application form via this website, when application periods open, or through an email sent to you via our Vendor Mailing List. Once your application is completed, please wait for our reply at the end of the application period. At this point the HmHK Team collects all applications and goes through a curating process before sending out the results via email.
2. registration
If your application is approved, we will then send you an invitation for REGISTRATION. This is where you will select your stall type, and make your payment. This is done through our events service provider, Ticketflap. Once you have finished your registration and paid for your stall, Ticketflap will send you an acknowledgement email to confirm that you have paid.

Stall pricing & sizes
Below are the sizes and stall prices* for our markets. Please note that marquees are compulsory and included in the price. We also provide tables and chairs for each stall. Electricity can also be provided for an additional fee. *All prices in HKD.
MINI: $500

SMALL: $1000
1 x table - 2 x chair - 1/2 marquee
MEDIUM: $1500
1 x table - 2 x chair - 1 marquee
LARGE: $1900

CHARITIES & SPONSORS
We offer a chance for companies that do not necessarily match our vendor Core Values but would like to get involved and support the handmade movement. We have space for a limited number of sponsors and charities at each market. If you are a charity or are interested in becoming a sponsor please contact us directly.
